WOWEE did the wind ever BLOW here yesterday! We heard sirens all day long. Luckily we never lost power. Lots of debris on the roads. March sure has been a crazy month for weather around here. You just never know what you're going to wake up to!
Anywho... how about a card? I have one for Freshly Made Sketches where my sweet friend Michele has given us a fun sketch to use this week.
I inked up the ever so sweet Rejoice Rabbit by Waffle Flower. I thought about using the entire image, but it seemed too large for Michele's sketch. So I used just her pretty little head! She's framed with a scalloped oval by PPP. The leafy sprigs I tucked in where cut using a die from The Stamp Market. Finally, little embossed spring buds for the background.

Oh my gosh, Mr. rabbit is total cuteness! He worked beautifully with the sketch well done
Lisa, the winds are fierce up here in Michigan too! There were a few times I worried about the roof coming off! But nothing to worry about - but I hope the snow in the forecast decides to go elsewhere!
I LOve that sweet bunny and her darling little head peeking out from the sentiment is just perfect and perfectly adorable backed with your embossed panel and scalloped frame!
Thanks so much for playing along, my friend!

She's sweet and adorable, she's beckoning to anyone to wishes to come and be welcomed! I'm positive her happy, smiley face is spreading cheer everywhere she appears.
This is so cute!!! I love this little bunny, and I am glad you didn't blow away!
Oh what a sweet Easter card, Lisa! Love that adorable little bunny! March has been a crazy month for sure! We had high winds and rain on Wednesday, snow on Friday the 13th and today... it is sunny and warm! Figure that one out, lol.
So glad to hear you are safe and never lost power. Spring weather is certainly unpredictable, no matter where you are on the globe. Your card is darling and the design goes with the sketch to a "T".
Oh my goodness--the sweetest card ever, Lisa! Adore how you added so little color to the bunny! A very special card! Glad you didn't loose power!
Adorable!! Such a sweet bunny! Great use of the sketch! xx
Darling Easter card with the bunny head, Lisa - love it!! I think our storm blew your way - glad you're safe & sound! Still snowing like crazy here but I'm snug inside.
What a sweet bunny and a sweet card, Lisa! I love these pastel colors and that adorable bunny! I know Michele loves this! We expect that wind tomorrow. Hopefully not tornado strength. I'm glad it left you in one piece!
Awwwwwwww...how ADORABLE is she?!! I love the oval shape you put her in Lisa...she looks like she's framed by an Easter egg! I think you used Michele's sketch perfectly and wouldn't be surprised if you're a winner with this sweet, sweet card! And you're not alone with the wind...geez Louise but it's been unreal here too! Grateful our house (and yours!) are still standing!! Hugs. :0)
This is wonderful! I love the embossed background for that sweet bunny and the lovely color you chose. Hope your weather straightens up soon! Spring is coming!
Girl, I feel you on the whole crazy weather thing. I feel like Mother Nature has been swerving all over the road with the temperature. I just want to yell at her to pick a lane! LOL. Anyway, I absolutely love this card, Lisa. That bunny is so precious and screams Spring!
Oh, she's the prettiest little bunny and so perfect for Easter and Michele's sketch! I hope your crazy weather settles soon. Next thing you know you'll be seeing green grass and flowers, and maybe a bunny or two with flowers in her hair!
Lisa what a perfect fit for the sketch. That bunny looks perfectly at home. Such a pretty spring card. Today we had snow flurries that lasted for 5-6 minutes every 20 minutes or so while the sun is our shining brightly. My first time experiencing that. Love it!
