My first thought was a shaker card filled with sparkly bits. The hunt was on to find the perfect paper to pair with this little panda (TSM). I thought the whimsical blooms on this one worked well with him. I've it for an eternity! All of the sparkly bits are PPP, as is the speech bubble. The sentiment came with the panda.
What does sparkle say to you? Sequins, glitter, heat embossing, foiling.... oh the possibilities! You better get started right away!
