I discovered I had one Christmas card from last year, photographed and in my drafts, that I had not shared. When I saw The Paper Players had a food challenge, I thought this big cookie fit right in!
The cute iced cookie is a Memory Box die. It was popped onto a polka dot panel cut with a Spellbinders die and finished off with a Memory Box tab sentiment. Easy peasy!

Adorable, Lisa! This iced cookie looks like it would pair perfectly with the cup of tea I am drinking right now. I love the die cut polka dot paper. Thank you for playing in my challenge at The Paper Players this week!
ReplyDeleteLisa, this card is simply fabulous! I love the cookie and how perfectly paired it is with the background patterned paper!
ReplyDeleteMove over, Ann! I'm dunking that cookie in my morning coffee! lol It's actually too pretty to dunk, Lisa - love the polka dots and that sweet little red frosted center!

Yep, the perfect cookie for the challenge! It looks super yummy too 😀
ReplyDeleteCute! Your cookie is perfect, and the challenge was meant to be to get this one out of the "draft" box!
ReplyDeleteYour giant cookie looks adorable! Love the sweet polka dot paper behind it too and that sentiment banner makes me think of the flag in a Hershey's Kiss : ) Thanks for playing along with the Paper Players!
ReplyDeleteIt certainly does fit the food theme, and what a big, beautiful cookie it is! Also love the polka dotty background and wavy sentiment. Glad you shared for our joy and inspiration, Lisa!

ReplyDeleteI put that die on my wishlist when you posted another card earlier this year but I still haven't purchased it. But after this card, I'll be shopping. It's such a unique die and you've shown it can work beautifully with just a simple polka dot background.
ReplyDeleteSweet card--literally! Love the color combo!
