My card is pretty straight forward with a fresh cheerful design. I started with the blue cardstock base then layered on the pretty My Minds Eye: Hazel paper. The strip of paper with the Martha Stewart lattice punched edge is from my scraps; not sure of the company. I've had these cute as can be plum polka dot flowers for ever ~ I kind of hoard my polka dot goodies! I lined them up with a collection of stitched buttons. My sentiment (stamped with eggplant chalk ink) is an acrylic stamp from the $1.99 hot spot deals at Archivers. And last but not least, this sweet little polka dot butterfly (stamped with blue iris chalk ink) is from the Basicgrey: eloquent set.
Speaking of truly amazing things; we just saw the movie War Horse ~ SO GOOD!!! You really should put this one on your must see list you won't be disappointed. Just remember to grab those tissues before you head out the door! Take care friends ~Lisa
