I must say I am swooning over the button assortment in this photo! After all; a card making girl can never have too many pretty buttons! Then there is the trio of marvelous colors we have to work with this time from CR84FN...so tranquil.
My papers here are Jillibean Soup (floral), October Afternoon (stripe) & My Minds Eye (scalloped die cut floral). This wonderful sentiment stamp is Stampabilities, the branch and nest are Impression Obsession. My momma bird tucked into the frilly bloom is K&Company. And just a few frilly accents to top it all off.
What do I do in those tranquil peaceful moments of the day? I count my many blessings. My husband (my best friend ever), my amazing son and his equally amazing wife (so, so proud of them both), my sweet little Max (will I ever get over how precious he is), my family (treasures ~ all of them) and dear friends. I give thanks to God for these wonderful blessings each and every day. And I give thanks for all of you my sweet blogging friends. It's heartwarming to see the encouragement and support we all give to one another. Once strangers but now connected through our art. I hope you can take a moment today to reflect and count your many blessings ~Lisa

What a lovely card. I really like that striped paper with the branch and birdnest stamps on it, and it goes so well with the floral paper. Your ribbon and lace treatment is perfect.
