CFC #20 ~ Mini Cards!

Good morning! I can't believe how September is just flying by. Where does the time go? Before we know it October will be knocking at our door and that means Halloween. The stores have been overflowing with spooky decorations and candy to give the trick or treaters for weeks now. So I thought I would put together a mini Halloween card for the challenge at CAS-ual Fridays. Our cards are to be 4"x4" or smaller. So this is what I came up with!

I started with a 4"x4" kraft base. Next I cut a 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" panel and finally for my focal area a 3" x 3" square. I punched a circle from scrap paper to use the negative as my moon template. I used yellow and gold chalks to color this in. The fence posts, tree branch, bitty bats and maple leaves are all stamps from Judith. This great black cat is Inkadinkado. The pumpkin is part of the paper I cut for this panel. I drew in my own barbed wire. It doesn't show well in the picture, but the focal square is raised with foam tape. All of my decorative papers are from My Mind's Eye: Mischievous 6x6 pad...love this collection...so CUTE!!!

Have yourselves a fabulous day, I'm off for a walk with my sweet little max! ~Lisa
