Hi friends ready for something full of happy spring colors? Well I've got just the card for you!! I'm playing along with the ColourQ challenge this week and they've given us four bright colors to work with and a fun Easter inspiration photo! I am also playing along with the Paper Players challenge for the first time!
I love the fact that I wouldn't normally put these colors together myself but they did the work for me! Well sort of...I have to figure out how to make it all work LOL!!! I knew I wanted to use this sweet little Easter egg by Impression Obsession. Next I went through a few of my 6x6 paper pads to find the right colors. This pretty floral paper from Echo Park had several of the colors and makes a nice anchor for my card. The green polka dot paper is on oldie but a goody by DCWV and the snippet of turquoise gingham die cut with a PTI beautiful blooms die is K&Company. I layered a couple of fun trims for a bright pop of yellow. They're topped with a sentiment from Rubber Moon, a paper flower (colored with a Tombow marker), button and twine. A tiny touch of glitter on the egg and grass pick up the sparkle in the fun sequin trim.
Thanks for visiting! And a big warm welcome to my newest followers...thanks for joining my blogging journey!! ~Lisa
