CR84FN #51 & RS #6 ~ Butterfly Kisses!

Hi there! I hope everyone had a blessed Easter holiday. Ours was filled with a beautiful Easter Vigil Mass, family and lots of yummy food! Oh the joy of biting into a chocolate covered strawberry! Mmm mm mm. What restraint I had while dipping them on Saturday and not touching them until Sunday ~ HA!!!

Now that the holiday is over and the clean up is complete I got back to some card making today. Sorry for my absence. There were things to do since we hosted dinner for 10 this year. On top of that I was cleaning sticky goo off of my scissors being oh so careful as always. But they sliced right through the cotton ball and into my thumb! Right on the end...ouch...such a bad place impossible to bandage. It's on the mend but good grief what a bugger!!!

I've put together a card using the lovely soft colors from CR84FN ~ pink, peach and light blue and the latest Retro Sketches design. All of the DPs are from My Mind's Eye, all of my die cuts are PTI. The pretty little corner stamp is Inkadinkado and the sentiment is by Rubber Moon. I sanded the edges of the peach panel and added a tiny key from my stash. I think this one turned out kind of dreamy!!

Thanks for visiting! ~Lisa
I would also like to give a shout out and thank you to Skye for honoring me with another Liebster award. Stop by her blog and show her some love!!

Love it, girl! ;-) So, so pretty. Love the little key charm with the other touches of gold on the card. Perfect. ;-)

Glad you had a good Easter with your family, but ACK! I hope your finger heals quickly - it sounds painful just reading about it. :-P Take care!

Lisa, such a soft, soothing card! I love how you put the banner border under the sentiment banner to layer it, my banners are always hanging out there on their own. We went to the Easter Vigil on Saturday too ... I just became Catholic so it was my Initiation/Communion/Confirmation mass. Very special : )

Oh, Lisa, it's beautiful! Those colors are to die for, and the combo of the gold corner stamps and gold key and gold embossing . . . sigh. Just lovely. Thank you for the very sweet welcome back message you left on my blog! You made my day. :-) Hey, you made chocolate-covered strawberries for Easter?? They are only my all-time favorite food! Yum! And the cutting the finger thing . . . I just did that too . . . twice in the same week! I'm going to start keeping track because I think I've got a shot at the world record, LOL!
