Hi there! Don't you just love it when you can put a card together that works out for a few challenges! Well that's exactly what happened to me yesterday and I ended up with a triple play! My day started out wanting to play along with the latest Retro Sketches challenge. Half way through I realized hmmm...I think these are the new colors for the ColourQ this week. Later in the day I checked into the Paper Players blog for a looky loo and couldn't believe my eyes when my card fell into one of the tic-tac-toe categories (I was able to use the flowers, my choice ~that would be polka dots~ & designer paper line!).
I used a collection of Papertrey Ink stamps and dies along with some ready made die cuts by October Afternoon and DP from Echo Park. To these I added some twine, brads and buttons from my stash. I actually snipped the tabs from the brads, added a teeny weeny
piece of foam tape and attached them to the card. This way I don't have
the tabs from the brads showing on the inside of my card!

This is fabulous! I love all the fun layers and details on your gorgeous card especially the offset PTI die cuts, the twine and those tiny buttons. I do the same thing with brads - cut off those pesky legs and slap on a Glue Dot!
