CASology has given us the cue word of 'Gobble' this week. Now I have a cute little turkey I could have used. But when I think of Thanksgiving and gobble I think of pumpkin pie! Give me a fork and let me at it!!! I love, love, love the way my house smells when my Thanksgiving pies are in the oven. And that's the plan for tomorrow. Hope I can contain myself until Thursday ~ hee!!
I had this Spellbinders labels 18 already die cut from some MME paper. To this I added a PTI limitless layers doily and topped it with the circle from the set stamped with my DeNami pie. I accented with the small DeNami wheat bundle then added some gloss to my pie. I love the font on this DeNami sentiment. I added a few gems because I got my sentiment just s wee bit off center. Shhh don't tell!
Thanks for popping in today ~Lisa

I did not even notice your off-centered sentiment, so your little gems did the trick. (Don't be tellin' those secrets!!! Although, it IS good to know for the next time I mess up!) This looks so sweet! Hope your Thanksgiving baking does you some good! I'm looking forward to those delicious smells, too!
Lisa so sorry to hear you have a headache, I totally can relate. Now your piece of DeNami pie looks very yummy! Love your card and enjoy Thanksgiving with your family. Thank you so much for sharing with us this week at CASology!
Such a pretty colour combination and I really love that wheat on the side of your cute pie! Happy Thanksgiving, and thanks for joining us at CASology this week!
Oh Lisa, I hope your headache goes away! I suffer from both headaches and migraines, so I know it's not fun. Hope you're able to catch up on some rest!
This card is so adorable. I haven't seen a card using the pie slice this year....this beauty definitely made up for the lack of them. :) Fabulous job, sweet Lisa!
BEAUTIFUL!!! I love love love the colors for this card--and that pie looks DELISH!!! However, one little slice doesn't do it for me! I need the whole pie:) LOL! FAB Card, Lisa!!
ps...thank you for your sweet sweet comments on my blog! I'm so thankful for you! You are a great friend--lifting me up!! THANK YOU!! <3 Many blessings! Happy THANKSGIVING:) <3
This is beautiful Lisa! Love that piece of pie and I love that DeNami sentiment too!
Sorry about the headaches, Lisa. :( They really suck and they definitely do a number on creative flow! Hope they stay away for a while.
Your pumpkin pie is so cute and I agree it's a dessert that will always set me gobbling! :) Thanks for playing along at CASology this week!
I feel you pain, Lisa. It's hard to get thru the day with a head ache. Wishing you feel better!
Love this pretty card! Yummy pie!!
Sorry about the head-ick! Those are no fun!!!
I'll be baking pies tomorrow too! I too LOVE the smell of the house when they are in the oven...mmmm! I wonder if you make little pie crust strips with cinnamon and sugar on them from the leftover pie crust?! Can't wait to get baking!!! :)
Love that cute little piece of pie! I'm not much of a pumpkin fan myself, but give me a cherry or a French Silk pie and I'm in exactly the same boat! The orange gemstones are perfectly placed...and I didn't even notice the sentiment being off center at all! Thanks so much for joining us at CASology!
Have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
I love this card and so sorry you have a headache. I get migraines so know the feeling! hugs, cherry
Get. Out! That is the cutest piece of pie ever, Lisa! I'm with you on the pumpkin pie. LOVE how it smells--and give me some Cool Whip, and I'm in heaven!
