DeNami Bloghop ~ Fancy Favors!

Welcome! DeNami is having a blog hop today and it's all about favors. You should be arriving here from Larissa's blog. Want to start at the beginning? Head over to the DeNami blog for the entire list of participants. You have a chance to win one of two gift certificates just by commenting on all of the blogs in the hop! Don't know if my favor is really fancy but I think it's pretty darn cute, take a peek...

This favor starts with a 4 1/4" square Boutique Box. I had a cardboard packaging piece that I saved for a template. I traced two of them onto red cardstock and cut them out. Next I added the polka dot cardstock to the top and trimmed it out. These panels were added to the clear box with score tape. The wheels are cork (backed with cardstock for strength) topped with a punched circle and buttons. The wheel was stamped with the small dot circle stamp. This fun little monkey was stamped and punched then backed with regular ol' crepe paper that I fringed. Three twines were braided together for the pull rope. Doesn't this look like a circus wagon! Wouldn't they be cute all lined up with different stamped animals!! Now what to fill this with...

Animal crackers of course!!!

That's it for me peeps! Now hop yourself over to Amy Smidebush's blog for a showstopping fancy favor! ~Lisa
