DeNami Pin-spired ~ A Little Message!

10

I'm a nut for the fresh fruits of summer so I think this picture is simply yummy looking!

Not only was I inspired by the pretty fruits in this photo, but the gray wood siding in the background also caught my eye. Along with that, I was intrigued by the soft greenish yellow tint the fruit had given the water.

Well what do you think? I started with a lime card base then layered on some MME paper with a gray wood grain look to it. I used the citrus slice from the Tropical Fruit petiti four set to create a stamped background of sorts. This MME paper was the perfect color to anchor my focal image and sentiment. This cute little summery drink is from the Tropical Drinks trifles set. I used some Ranger glossy accents on it along with a glittered Gelly Roll pen. A bit of selective inking was done on my sentiment.

That's it for my Pin-spired post today. Stop by to leave some love for my teammates!

This card is fabulous! The wood background and the patterned paper are perfectly coordinated and the addition of the limes is so much fun too! I love the tropical drinks set and this is one of the nicest cards I have seen with one of those stamps used. Great job!

Love those summer colours so beautifully captured in your card! Wish I liked fruit more but I am very boring, it's always bananas, naartjies and some apples. Maybe a sweet grape here and there.
