DeNami Product Spotlight ~ Thinking of You!

Hello and welcome! The DeNami design team is having a mini blog hop today for our product spotlight. The stamp we're using this time is the cute {Sand Castle}! You have a chance to win this stamp. Simply visit all of the team blogs as well as the DeNami blog and comment along the way. Here's what I have to share with you today.

My original thought was to do something bright and nautical. Then I had this little light bulb go off! What if I used one of the seashells from the Petit Fours Seashells stamp set to make a scalloped frame around my sand castle! First I tried the scallop seashell, it didn't fit the circle I was using. But the sweet little sand dollar from the set was a perfect fit! I stamped the sand castle twice. The second one was used to cut out the middle turret then I add foam tape to it to pop it up on the first image. This stamped and punched circle was affixed to the card with foam tape. I used kraft ink for all of the stamping and a creamy brown on all of the edges. I like the way this separates the kraft on kraft pieces. The cute checked paper from Creative Imaginations holds my sentiment.

There you go friends, a soft summer card to let someone special know they've been on your mind! Now hop along for your chance to win ~Lisa

Hi Lisa, I love that kraft paper looks just like sand, perfect for sand castles. But I also like how you made the contrast between the 2 with ink. The scallop is lovely too. Thank you for sharing your fab ideas!!
