Hi there! I'm here today sharing a card I made for Retro Sketches. I am their July Headliner and this week one of my cards inspired the sketch!!! This is so exciting!!! You can see my original card here. And this is my retake on it.
Edit: This card was chosen for publication in the March 2014 edition of Cards!
I used the same MME paper collection for this one, but changed the design up just up a bit. I adore this pretty flower cone I bought at the stamp convention this year. Wouldn't this make a cute little cornucopia for Thanksgiving! Note to self *wink* It's a die from Impression Obsession. It's filled with harvest gold felt (PTI) rolled roses (MFT die) with hand cut leaves and buttons (PTI). I've used more of my all time fave twill ribbon. Like I said before, this stuff makes the best bows! My stamped heart and sentiment are both Precious Remembrance. The doily and heart dies are both PTI.
I hope you like it and I also hope you play along this week. I would love to see how this sketch inspires you! Have a delightful weekend! ~Lisa
