Our first card comes from Stacy of Sweethearts and Sweet Tarts.
This is my spin on it!
I was inspired by the fresh color palette and the pansies Stacy used to create a background. I started by stamping the new small pansy on a white panel then colored them in. Next I stamped the happy birthday sentiment vertically along the edge as did Stacy. To mimic her layered mats I added a thin purple strip of cardstock to the edge of the panel followed by a green strip. I adhered the panel to my card base with foam tape. A bit of bling and that's it!
Thank you Stacy for sharing your pretty card with us!

Hi Lisa! Thank you for your kind comments and welcome back! I love how "clean and pretty" this card is. Hey, that could be a new style, a step up from "clean and simple," right? :-D Very nice job!

Don't ya just love that new little stamp? What a fun and springy card :)
I love this, Lisa. ;-) The colors are fabulous, and I love how you've left so much pretty white space with the linear strips of color on the side - elements I love, LOL! Beautiful. ;-)
What a gorgeous and sweet card inspired by Stacy's beautiful original! That's such a lovely pansy image and you've used it so creatively :)
Beautiful take on the inspiration card, Lisa! Awesome layout---love the strip of gingham on the edge and the touches of bling!
Lisa, I love your bright and cheerful card. So clever to use your sentiment stamp sideways. Don't know why I didn't think of that when creating my card. I love your added detail "under" your sentiment.
