cQc #233 & C4C #227 ~ Thanks!

Hi there! Ready for a new ColourQ challenge! I must admit this was a difficult group of colors for me. I've never been a fan of teal or coral...put them in the same challenge and I was a bit rattled LOL!! So I decided the easiest way to approach this would be to follow a sketch. Just so happens that Crazy 4 Challenges had a great one ready and waiting!

I focused on the green using some of my PPPS celery twill ribbon, love this stuff!! I pushed the teal (Island Indigo) to the background and brought a little bit of it to the front of my card in the form of sparkly Rhinestones from DeNami Design. Just a wee bit of coral works for me. And to really calm my rattled nerves, I used my sweet polka dot embossing folder!!! Phew...done *wink*

Hope you have a splendid day
and find time to play along with us at the ColourQ this week. ~Lisa

You worked it beautifully! I can do teal and coral...it's the green in this group that would have thrown me off.

So so pretty Lisa, this turned out perfect!

Great job with all these colors, especially since you say you don't like them. I actually love these colors, and think your card is just beautiful.

You went a little out of your comfort zone, Lisa, and scored! Your card was my favorite of the DT examples, and I've saved it to my inspiration file! :-)

Lisa, this is just beautiful. You would never know from looking at your card that you had trouble working with any colors.
