Welcome to My World ~ Part Three!

Okay here I am with the final photos of {My Little Art Studio}. Today I'll show you what sits to the left and right of my desk.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To my right are all of my stamps.
The Bisley file cabinets from The Container Store hold my wood block rubber stamps. This is a great storage vessel for them, they can stack two deep! A galvanized tray from Pottery Barn keeps my clear stamps and stick stamps neat and tidy!
I had just gotten my Avery Elle clear pockets for my clear stamps when this photo was taken, so they look a bit plain and are housed in a couple of plastic containers from Michaels.
The tan stripe curtain covers two large steps up to the attic. It is on it's way out when I find a nice white polka dot curtain or fabric to make my own!!
See the nifty Pottery Barn pocket watch clock? The green polka dot ribbon was from gift baskets I put together when our son opened his Veterinary clinic!!
And to my left, card making necessities!
These  shelves hold lots of paper crafting goodies! Jars of Washi Tape, twine, trims & buttons. You might recognize my Martha Stewart Recipe tins that hold my dies. The galvanized tin between them holds journaling tags. The ribbon box next to them was a Christmas gift from my niece. The bottom shelf has wire baskets from Office Max. They hold blank cards (ready for stamping), embossing folders and 6" x 6" paper pads.
I love these sweet little jars. I have a raspberry bar recipe that our son adores. The jars are from the Hero preserves I use! The shelves are deep enough to hold two rows of them. That equals lots of buttons ~ swoon!!!
My Martha Stewart recipe tins keep my dies organized. You can find all of the info on them in this post.
This tin was a gift from my sister-in-law (aka: stamping buddy!) several years ago. It turned out to be the perfect place to store my rolls of felt!
These cute wire baskets are perfect for storing my 6 x 6 pads. I trim the zipper portion off of a freezer bag then store the paper pad in them. All scraps from that pad are in the bag as well. This way I know what company the scrap comes from! I think this was one of my better storage ideas ~ HA!!
So what do you think? It's little, but it's all mine and I do love it so! With limited space I have to be organized, neat and tidy. A place for everything and everything in it's place!
I'm so happy you could spend a little time with me in my art studio today! I hope you've enjoyed it. I'll have a page at the top of my blog that will be a direct link to all three posts in one!
Have a blessed day friends ~Lisa
What a fabulous space you have. I cannot believe that it is so tiny. Everything is so beautifully and thoughtfully stored and displayed. If you are ever in San Diego, will you please come by my house and help me organize and beautify? I could use it.
What a beautiful work area you have - I love all of the cheerfully decorated tins and baskets. I have to admit that your simple use of freezer bags had never occurred to me for 6x6 pads, consequently, I have bits of paper falling out everywhere! Luckily, I have a Target trip scheduled today - so freezer bags for my craft area just went on the list!
What did you use for the desk top?
Lisa Elton said...
Hi Lyn! Thanks for stopping by to check out my little art studio! The desktop is a pre-made counter top we picked up at Lowes. If you don't have Lowes in your area, try Home Depot or some type of Home improvement store.
