cQc # 239 ~ Sorry To Hear!

Hello and a happy Tuesday to all! Time for a new color palette from the ColourQ. This week's inspiration photo is of the prettiest little floral summer dress and my card is completely the opposite of that ~ HA! I just wasn't in a floral kind of mood with a rainy dreary day so I went cute.

Every now and again I pick up a cute stamp specifically for my daughter-in-law's first grade students. This adorable dragon (Darcie's) will be well loved by those little ones! I didn't do any fancy shading, just straight forward coloring on this one. There is a bit of glaze on the tummy, nose & horns along with touches from a glitter pen on all of the orange. I brought the coral in with a stripe paper and snippet of ribbon. I think he's a cute little fella and plan to play around with him a bit more!

Thanks for popping in, have a great day ~Lisa
