A Bit of Baby Shower Sweetness!

Hello! Another weekend has come and gone and our was beautiful. Bright blue sky, plenty of sunshine and highs of 79. We took an extra long walk with little Max this morning and then a trip to the park on the hike and bike trails in the afternoon. Max came nose to nose with a new friend or two on the path today! It was a relaxed day, enjoying God's beautiful world and spending time together, loved it! Oh yeah, hubby requested that we pick up ribs on the way home, so I got the day off from cooking too *wink*

I thought I would share another of the items I've competed for my daughter-in-law's baby shower next month. Each of the guests will receive one of these little notepads I put together. I used my fave doily embossing folder, a Precious Remembrance shop stamp from the Little One set, PTI felt and scallop border and one of my favorite small flower dies by Paper Sweeties.

They'll be tucked into these gift bags that I posted last month along with the cutest mini pens I found! I'm kind of a stickler about things coordinating in every way possible, hence the repeated doily element! The adorable polka dot elephant is by DeNami Design and has since had a small yellow flower sequin from Pretty Pink Posh added to her ear. Yep another yellow flower, matchy matchy!! My sentiment if from the same PRS Little One set.

Things are moving right along with all of my shower preparations. I'll have more goodies to share in the future. Mommy and baby girl are doing just fine!! I'll be linking this up at the Simon Says Stamp anything goes challenge. Thanks so much for visiting! ~Lisa

I'm so in love with these! They are darling and beautiful all at the same time. Your hike sounds lovely. I do live the rain we've been having, but the day you described sounds pretty perfect. :)
