SSS & RS ~ Heartfelt Thanks!

Hey there! I finally had time to play around with my new MISTI and I must say it has definitely lived up to all the hype! If you haven't purchased one yet, I suggest you work it into your crafting budget. I'm going to link this simple "first try with the new tool" card at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge where it's an anything goes this week. My inspiration was loosely based on this week's Retro Sketch so I'll play along there too.

Now you're probably thinking what's the big deal here. Well, you see that label containing the sentiment? I was never happy with the way those lined up before. But with the MISTI you can get it perfectly straight every time! That and your sentiment too. I can't tell you how many times I've made a card only to stamp the sentiment crooked. Even with a clear stamp sometimes it can be a booger, especially if your stamp is ink stained. That's another issue with me. I don't like my clear stamps to get stained!! Am I the only one LOL??

So as I said, a simple card using PTI stamps and my new best friend!!
Hope you like it. ~Lisa

Well, how cute is this! And although I haven't gotten on the MISTI bandwagon yet, it looks intriguing! I don't mind my stamps getting stained, but I DO mind when I can't stamp straight...which is 99% of the time! I just love your color combo...very country!

MISTI saves the day yet again! Love your design - especially the ribbon woven under the images. Sweet!

I love your gingham in the ribbon and the stamp! Such a sweet color combination too. Yay for getting sentiments straight! Someday people will talk about how stampers used to stamp without it, like dry embossing before the Big Shot. This was my first day playing around with the MISTI too! I love it!

Darling card, Lisa--love the colors & that wonderful ribbon! You're the second post I've read tonight saying the Misti is worth getting, so now I'm thinking I may need to get it!

I never had any doubt that you would not love your MISTI! My favorite thine is stamping on die cuts!

I love it, Lisa... I've tried my Misti on one of my toughest stamps, too... this time [the only time though] it failed. It happens to be a red rubber stamp that just doesn't want to let go of the ink... any suggestions?

I love the gingham ribbon with your design!

I have my eye on the Misti, but I don't think I can part with the $ for it.

I'm becoming more and more convinced on the MISTI - I just have such a small crafting space, I don't think I can fit it. I love your color combo - that rich red with the kraft and light blue is beautiful!

I have never heard of the Misti!!! Have I been living under a rock??!! However, my sentiments are never straight either...that's why my pics are always taken at an angle:)
BTW...love this sweet card! Beautiful stamps!

BEAUTIFUL Card Lisa!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Design!! Just BEAUTIFUL!! =) I just got my MISTI and I CAN'T WAIT to use it!! SQUEAL!! =) I don't mind stained stamps, as LONG as I KNOW they have been cleaned and are being LOVED!! I HATE when I've put a TON of effort into a card though only to end up stamping the sentiment off so I'm HOPING my MISITI will eliminate that problem and for me, the $50.00 will be WELL WORTH the investment!! =) THANKS for sharing and have a FABULOUS WEEK!! =)
