FMS #186

Hi there crafty peeps! Are you having a good weekend? Today has been a quiet day for us. The sky has perked up, so I think we'll grill some burgers a little later ~ yum! I carved out some crafty time and put together a quick card using the latest Freshly Made Sketches challenge for my inspiration.

I didn't stamp a thing here, being a tad lazy I suppose!! But I did use some pretty elements to pull this card off. I thought this paper (Simple Stories) and the embossing folder paired well together. I die cut the tiny post card piece with a PPP Stitched Tags die. Two strips of the DP were cut with a PPP Stitched Borders 2 die. The jury is still out for me on the butterfly wings (PTI) I added to the tag. Maybe it's the positioning of them, could have been a bit higher I think. But it's still a fun look. And finally, to finish things off, I added some 4mm & 6mm Metallic Gold Sequins from PPP.

I think that does it for me today.
I'm off to pick up some buns for those burgers! ~Lisa
