Precious Remembrance Shop New Release!

Hello and welcome! It's new release time at Precious Remembrance Shop and you are just going to LOVE the new {Blossom} stamp set! I sure do!! It's full of cute sketchy flowers, stems, leaves and oodles of Dyane's fabulous sentiments. Join the team in our hop today for your chance to win this set! Details are below. You should be arriving here from Rosemary's blog.

When this set arrived in the mail I squealed and said "Yay flowers!" Then "Ooooh look dragonflies!"..."No wait, those are the stems." !! My hubby thought I was nuts!! But that dragonfly thought stuck in my head and this card was the result.

Alittle vellum, gold embossing powder and pearls for those big buggy eyes brought this little lady to life! I used my Misti to line up the extra wings (leaves ~hee). Then I stamped an extra set to layer on for movement. My sentiment was created using two words from the set. They were stamped with Ocean Tides ink then embossed with clear embossing powder. This panel was layered onto the card base that was covered with a pretty floral die cut DP.  I sprinkled on a few Metallic Gold Sequins from PPP for a bit more glitz!

That's it for me.
The next stop on the hop is the fabulous Kim Bell!
Thanks for stopping by today ~Lisa

I happen to be a sucker for dragonfly cards, but even so, I love what you did for the eyes! I also like the softening effect of the vellum overlay, and the sequin bling.
