Using a Stitched Borders 2 die, I cut two pieces from a watercolored panel. These were adhered to the top of my card base. I stamped several leaves (PTI) onto the card then lightly watercolored them. Using that same "green inked" water, I flicked dots over the front of the card base.
After die cutting and watercoloring two PTI Pretty Peonies blooms, I added them to the card with foam tape. Next, I layered on two Stitched Labels 1. One cut from vellum and the other from white cardstock that had been stamped with my sentiment (PTI).
Finally I added clusters of Sparkling Clear Seed Beads to the centers of the peonies followed with a Sparkling of Sparkling Clear Sequins (4mm & 6mm) across the card.
