cQc #299 ~ Hello!

How are you today? Doing well I hope! We have a new palette up at ColourQ.  Pretty colors that are perfect for creating summer cards. I started out trying to recreate the rug from the inspiration photo. That was a disaster and quickly turned into something quite different and much simpler!!

I started with two die cut panels using the Mama Elephant die set that I loooove!! I hope you don't get sick of me using it, but it really is pretty nifty! I added these to a white tent fold card base. Next came some random stamping on a white scrap. The coral flowers are Impress, the swirly circles and the soft pink scallop circles are an old set from Hero Arts. I used a Reverse Confetti tag die to cut the scrap then popped it up on the card base after adding a little scalloped border, the ribbon and twine. Finally I stamped my Precious Remembrance Shop sentiment.
