I kept it simple with a couple of sprigs from Turning a New Leaf, a Vintage Cream twill bow and a button. After die cutting the edges of my note papers (Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Borders 1) I added them to the notepad made from Echo Park paper. Finally came a little stamping on the first page and that's it! I should have left a larger border around the pages of note paper...next time!
