Precious Remembrance Shop New Release!

Hello and welcome to the Precious Remembrance Shop new release blog hop!! Dyane has designed a very cute stamp set called {School Days} that you are going to love! Each design team member has a project to share on today's hop and you have a chance to win this new release. Details are below.

I would also like to give a big warm welcome to our newest team member Judy Marino! Judy has been a long time fan of PRS. She makes the cutest cards with the stamps and I am so happy she has joined us ~ yay Judy!!

Now lets get down to business shall we!! As many of you know our daughter-in-law is a first grade teacher. I put together a cute little note pad and bundle of NO.2 pencils as a little back to school gift for her! All of the patterned paper is October Afternoon and all of the dies used are Pretty Pink Posh.

I stamped two of the sentiments on a Stitched Labels 1 Die that was layered with another label and a Stitched Tags Die. This was added to the covered note pad. The red paper along the top was die cut with a Stitched Borders 3 die. After stamping and trimming out the cute little pencil, I added it with foam squares. Ribbon snippets and a wee paper clip finish this off. I used Scor-Tape to secure the papers nice and snug!

I bundled the pencils with gingham ribbon then added the tag. It's a Stitched Tags Die topped with one of the fun circle sentiments. A small piece of OA paper was die cut with a Stitched Borders 1 Die then added to the bottom of my tag for a little more color. The negative of this piece went on the note pad tag!

That's it from me friends, off you go to visit Melissa
I know she will have a delightful CAS project for you!
Happy hopping!

Lisa Elton ~ you are here!

I'll be linking my project up at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog. I was disappointed that this was too late for their school theme last week. But this week is anything goes, so I'm good to go!! And thanks to a comment from Karen, I'll also be playing along at Classy Cards 'n Such. It's a new to me challenge, but they are having a back to school theme too!
