Peace on Earth!

Hey there! Sorry things have been quiet here, but I have the icky sickies. Started on an antibiotic so hopefully things will be looking up soon. Today is my last post as a guest designer at the Paper Players. I want to thank Anne Marie for inviting me to play along with the amazingly talented design team for the last six months. I also want to thank that very team for welcoming me with open arms. You girls are THE BEST!!

My final challenge has LeAnne as our hostess with a color theme. Three classics for Christmas: Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow and Very Vanilla.

I stamped the DeNami tree onto a very vanilla card base and a spare to be trimmed out. A small panel of cherry cobbler was topped with a polka dot DP then wrapped with twine. I love the font of this Rubber Cottage sentiment. The second tree was popped up with foam tape. A few rhinestones for zing and this one is done!

I'll be playing along with this week's CASology challenge.

Thanks for visiting and have a great day! ~Lisa

Lisa, hope the antibiotics are kicking in and that you will start to feel better. It's been wonderful crafting beside you for the last 6 months! What a fabulous card for your final stint as a Player. I love the polka dot paper with the twine and the touch of glimmer from the rhinestones. Great use of the colors

So, so sorry you've been sick! Don't think I could have given you my bug through the internet--haha--but I sure can sympathize! My voice is finally back to almost normal & no coughing today. I was just looking at that tree--another of my old favorite stamps. Your card is perfectly designed--love the red & white panel & that sentiment is so beautiful! Happy Holidays, my friend!
