Wishing You Brighter Days!

Hello, hello! Sure seems like I haven't had much card making time lately. I did manage to squeeze one in today for The Paper Players challenge though. LeAnne is the hostess this week with a raining cats and dogs theme!

I wanted a clean design without too much fuss. I did a light wash of Aqua Mist ink in the bottom right corner of a white panel. Next I set out stamping and die cutting images from Pretty Pink Posh's Rainy Days and Holiday Pals stamp sets. The card base was cut smaller so the umbrella and cloud could hang over the edge. And that's about it, easy peasy!

I hope your week get's off to a good start. We're expecting snow. Not sure how much, but the temps will be dropping from the 50 degrees we had today. Take care ~Lisa

Just a darling little kitten, Lisa! Have you cut a little felt cloud, or is it embossed? Either way, it sure looks puffy, like a little cloud should! Gorgeous aqua rain drops!
