cQc #348 ~ Hello!

Hello! We have a pretty summer palette for you at ColourQ this week. This one is bright and happy with so many possibilities! I was inspired by not only the colors, but the florals on the swimsuit. Take a look...

I had the White and Cool Caribbean die cut pieces from previous projects. They are the Pretty Pink Posh Scallop Frames. The cute flowers are PTI's Beautiful Blooms II. I stamped them with Versa Mark then clear embossed them. The leaves are from this set too. I fussy cut them leaving a white border so they would pop on the background! My sentiment is from Precious Remembrance Shop's Positive Thoughts Stamp Set. Great font huh!! I brought the Night of Navy in with two tiny buttons and some twine. Fresh, simple and kind of cute!

Have yourself a lovely day ~Lisa

I think I need to break out my clear embossing powder more often because I l-o-v-e the look of those shiny, shimmery flowers. You always know just the right details to make a design WOW! I'm sorry I've been such a bad bloggy friend of late, the month of June snuck away from me somehow, but I'm working to fix it!
