Playing Cards With Michele!

Hi there! I have a just for fun card to share today.

On our way home from vacation last month, we stopped by for a visit with our friends Tom and Michele Ferguson! Yep, that's Michele of I Card Everyone

While Tom and Shawn talked photography then battled it out at ping pong, Michele and I played cards in her craft room!! What a treat! I had the chance to play with this gorgeous Altenew set I've been eyeing. I sat on one side of her desk, Michele across from me acting as my sous- chef!! I brought home my bag of stamped goodies. This card is the result of the fruits of our labor. I used each and every item we stamped together. Of course I had to add a vellum panel. I know Michele loves her vellum *wink*  And then I thought a splash of PPP sequins was in order.

This card is special and filled with treasured memories.
I think I'll hang on to this one.
We're already talking about future visits!

You're going to make me cry, Lisa... it was a dream come true to have you and Shawn spend this time with us!! LOved our crafty time, and that walk on the beach! Time is short when spent with a friend - we WILL have another chance, and another, and another!
Your card is just precious - love how you arranged those wonderful blooms on that PERFECT LITTLE SLIP OF VELLUM!!! xx

Beautiful card. Love the way you made the lowest flower darker in color, much like flowers when still in bud form.

This is breathtakingly beautiful, Lisa! Absolutely gorgeous!!! I am a bit envious of your time with Michele! I was soooo close to her while on vacation last week, but it just didn't work out to meet up. :( Now I'm thinking I will just schedule her into the vacation itinerary next summer when we're doing our planning!!! ;)
