So long January...here comes February! What better way to bid farewell to a month than with a 12 Kits of Occasions post! Jeanne is our hostess this month bringing with her three very special guest designers. She sent us a frosty kit {Snow Day} filled to the brim with a flurry of snowflakes. I went a little gaga over the patterned paper she included...well just see for yourselves!

A ME die cut kraft panel and some touches of warm brown ink were all this one needed.

Aren't these stitched snowflakes delightful! They go so well with the adorable snowmen on the patterned paper. I sprinkled on a few PPP Ballerina Pink sequins just of fun.

ME and PPP die cuts frame the pretty skates. I used an embossing pen on the skate blades then embossed with liquid platinum powder.

This one is a bit out of my box, but I wanted to try something different. The snowflake wreath was the inpsiration for the layered circles. I sprinkled on more PPP sequins here too because...well, why not!! Who doesn't love extra sparkle!

I turned the die cut tag into a shaker filling it with the iridescent sequins from the kit. More of those sweet patterned papers take center stage so I'll add the sentiment to the inside.

I'm off to check out what the team and our guest designers have to share. Can't wait!!

All so warm and cozy, Lisa. Lovely layers with the pretty sweet die cuts everywhere I look. The circles are a favorite. Not hard to LOVE that 'out of the box' arrangement. We thought alike with the skate blades, turning them silver. I recently went ice skating, and the rentals were blue and black clunkers. No more feminine whites. Rather disappointing, but they sure kept the ankles from collapsing!

You always add sparkle and shine so when I saw your first card I had to look twice. Beautiful card that would make a great masculine card. I love love love the warm feel you gave with the look of wood and kraft, and the soft inking. So elegant and swoon it takes my breath away! Then I'm back to how I think of Lisa.. layers, elegance.. loving the skates with the silver blades and crisp die cuts. The patterns and layers together are fabulous! AND WOW! That shaker is yummy!

Excellent work!
