When I saw this week's CAS(E) this Sketch challenge, it reminded me of a Christmas card I had made several years ago. I've tweaked it a bit by simplifying the design and adding an embossed card base.
The snowflake (Inkadinkado) is a favorite of mine. A small woodblock stamp that always stamps beautifully! The stars, sentiment and hearts are from the PTI Love Lives Here:Holiday set, also a favorite. One more favorite, this snowflake embossing folder!
One more for my pathetically low Christmas card stash!

Love your snowflake card! Each part from the embossed background, to the stamped elements, scored lines and lovely sentiment makes a wonderful Christmas card! I added six Christmas cards today to my pile!

What a great take on the sketch in pink and kraft, Lisa! I don't remember seeing snowflakes embossed on kraft and I love the idea. You did a brilliant job of CASEing yourself! I love the embossing in the background, what a great embossing folder I see how it is a favourite. I recognized that PTI set right away. I haven't used it in a long time but I'm thinking it should come out to play!
Lisa! I must admit, I'm feeling incredibly inspired by all of your creations this morning, and especially this one. It's so perfectly clean and simple, yet wonderfully layered. It's darling in every way!
I do not think I realized how long I have been away from looking at peoples blogs. I LOVE the background and how you used the stamps at the top. Such lovely design!
