Hi friends! I have a fun tag for you today that I've entered into the latest challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays. I've made my own Christmas tags for a few years now. I enjoy personalizing them and co-ordinating them to my wrapping paper. I don't know who I'll use this one for, I was just having fun making it ~ HA!!!
I cut my tag from kraft cardstock them stamped my images & sentiment from Papertrey Ink's Love Lives Here: Holiday set. This is a wonderful Christmas set and the co-ordinating dies are so cute! I've also used their sweet little holly die to cut the simply chartreuse felt holly leaves. Next I stamped the tiny pine sprigs and little trio of hearts from the same PTI set onto a canvas star that I picked up awhile back at Archivers. I die cut & stamped the tree (again from the Love Lives Here: Holiday set...told you it was a good one!!!) and adhered it to the canvas. A bit of glitter gel pen on the edges of the tree, some fun stickles on the star and red gems help to make it bright and festive! That wraps it up...HA!!!...no pun intended! Cute tag, Lisa! Love the tree in the star. Bless your heart for making your own tags. I am too tired to do that each Christmas. I guess 'cause my kids are still young enough that there is a lot to do for/with them.
