I've stamped the balloons several times along the bottom of a white panel. Next I stamped one a bit higher on the panel then stamped one of the little owls from the Owl Stamp set. After coloring everything in I added touches of glitter from a Gelly Roll pen to the owl and balloon bases. My sentiment is a cling stamp that I curved on my acrylic block before stamping.
To give the card even more added interest I used one of the new stitched border die cuts from the Pretty Pink Posh store! LOVE THESE!! Everything was then added to a Harvest Gold card base.
