An inspiration photo like this calls for a sweet frilly and feminine card! I reached for my favorite doily embossing folder and a soft pink checked paper by Lasting Impression. Before adding the embossed panel to my card base, I edged it with a creamy brown chalk ink. Little flowers from the Sending Sweet Thoughts set were stamped in the open areas of the doilies. I lightly colored them with ink and my water brush. The cupcakes (same set) were die cut, stamped and topped with Frosted Lace Stickle sprinkles! I hand cut my little pennants that were added with foam dots. They're decorated with images from the Stand Add-on:Fresh Baked set.
