cQc #279 ~ A Little Note!

Hi there! Ready to put your ColourQ thinking caps on? Arielle has a fun palette this week ~ black, red and newsprint! Now I took one look at that and thought this will be easy...I was wrong!! My card took waaaaay too long. It's not my best, but it's not my worst either. I think it's just sort of...eh. The problem was that when I went to pull some newsprint paper from my 6x6 pads, I was limited. Some had a pink background, some has teal blue lettering, this is a snippet from a larger piece that had a golden yellow flower on it. So my newsprint turned out to be pretty small!!

I started with a rustic cream card base stamped with my DeNami large dot swirl in opposing corners. My three banners were cut from scraps. The red was already embossed. I added them to a die cut label (PTI) topped with the newsprint. And last but not least, I added some Pretty Pink Posh Onyx Sequins.

Well that wraps things up for me. Pop over to the ColourQ blog to check out what the team had to share! ~Lisa

Lisa I love it... see the paper on the right? black on black? My all-time favorite paper and would love to have a life long supply - you wouldn't have that much, would you?
