cQc #305 ~ It's the Simple Things!

Hey there! Ready to get busy with some bold bright happy colors? That's just what we have for you at ColourQ this week. I decided to take a whimsical approach to this challedge. This is what I came up with, hope you like it!

Is there anything cuter than polka dots I ask? I added some chunky ones to a 3" x 3" white panel using Orange Zest and Harvest Gold inks by PTI. I've had this playful border stamp by The Rubber Cottage for quite some time. I thought it needed inked up again! Technically it was a Tombow Marker, not ink *wink*. Every time I use this sentiment (Rubber Soul), I think of my hubby. That's what he says to me when I make a mistake or goof something up.

My white panel was added to a lilac mat then adhered to the 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" card base. A sprinkle of teal sequins to bring on the zing and this one is good to go!

I appreciate your visit more than words can say. I'll be back tomorrow with a cute project for the Precious Remembrance Shop new release blog hop! Hope to see you then ~Lisa
