Adventure!

My title certainly captures the journey of creating this card. Holy smokes did this one have some twists and turns! It was just one of those days and this simple card took way too long! Anyway, as luck would have it, it fits into a couple of challenges.

I've used this week's CAS(E) This Sketch, colors from The Card Concept and theme from City Crafter Challenge Blog. My balloon and sentiment are by Pretty Pink Posh. The balloon is popped up with foam tape for added interest. I added the dry embossed panel for a bit of whimsy then surrounded it with a thin red mat as a nod to the curtain in the mirror. Hope you like it!

Thanks for visiting!

I have those simple cards that take forever and 9 times out of 10, I still don't love them even after the struggle to make it right! But I do love yours. The balloon is so sweet and I love the look of the embossing.
