When I saw that Just Us Girls was celebrating their 500th challenge, I knew I had to join the fun! To be perfectly honest, they had me with the challenge graphic. The theme is circles and that says polka dots to me!!
I started with a scrap of white cardstock that I randomly stamped with circles/polka dots (Hero Arts). I die cut the bottom edge, along with some vellum, using a PPP border die. After adhering these pieces to the card base I added more circle. Aren't these stamps by Rubbermoon sweet!
