Hi friends! Sorry for the quietness here this week. Lack of mojo and a sore hand! But I'm back today and it's time a for a new Just Us Girls challenge! Vicki is hosting this week and she is asking us to use embossing folders. Who doesn't love an embossing folder? I have several in my arsenal and used one of my favorites for today's card!
When I pulled this older Maggie Holmes folder out, there was an embossed piece with a snippet of patterned paper attached to it tucked inside. I used that as my jumping off point. The flowers on the PP reminded me of the PTI Pretty Peonies set. I stamped and die cut two of them then carefully embossed part of each bloom. The doily curved around the lower petals perfectly! A couple of golden butterflies and a few teeny tiny hearts (Sweet Pea stamp set) were added to the layers.

This birthday card was hand delivered to someone extra special and she loved it!
I can't wait to see this week's gallery, I hope your card is in it!
