Life is Beautiful

Spring is in the air! I spied my first daffodil of the season in our neighbor's front yard and the birds are making their return! Bobby's pretty photo for this week's Just Us Girls challenge couldn't be more appropriate. Here's my take on it.

I went pretty literal using an Impression Obsession birdhouse image. My nod to the spring flowers are some little leafy clusters (also IO) bedazzle with colorful rhinestones. To finish it off, I added a small Carta Bella sentiment.

Lisa, your cards always have so much detail the longer you look. The gems and pretty bits of color pop against the little birdhouse. Love it all!

No daffodils here, Lisa! Thanks for this beautiful touch of Spring today!
I think I remember this stamp from our IB days - so beautiful with our little 'swing set' bird! LOve it stamped inside your oval.

Beautiful birdhouse and leafy/flowery sprigs -- wonderful Spring feel to this! Glad you got to see your first daffodil -- ours are in full color, with grape hyacinth and the Japanese Quince is starting to show it's glorious bright salmon color -- a great way to brighten our moods!

You couldn't use a more perfect image for this wonderful card inspired by Bobby's photo, right down to that adorable bird perched on the roof, the colors, the flowers... just lovely. I love the way you set it in the oval.
