Hugs

Hi friends! Ready for another Just Us Girls challenge?

Let's get to it!

I've never made a rocker card before, you? Once I got into the mechanics of it, it was fun to put everything together! I had a large pre-cut cardstock circle I bought eons ago at Archivers. After scoring it down the center, I layered on a paper doily and another circle (PPP) cut from patterned paper. There's a plain white circle on the reverse side ready for a message. I recently purchased this beautiful Leaflet Die from The Stamp Market and just love the way it flows with my rocker card! A sweet pair of gingham butterflies (SG) and golden hugs rounded things out.

Now it's your turn... have fun!

Your butterflies are so sweet flitting around the leaves, Lisa. I love the soft yellow and the doily was a great accent to the yellow circle.

Lisa, your rocker card is gorgeous! I came 'this close' to using leaves and butterflies on mine, but had a change of plan. So glad YOU went this direction! Love it!

So beautiful and feminine. The yellow / white colour combo is perfect with the doily and leaflet.
I just made my first rocker, too, and will be adding to the JUGS gallery in a couple of days.

Sweet! Love the rocker cards I'm seeing, and yours is fantastic -- love the pretty feminine layers and colors. I'd make one, but have NO idea where to get a circle big enough!

What a beauty, Lisa - those leaves and doily add the perfect touches. I looked around my photostreams and didn't see any rockers. And no chance on this one - I was too slow...
