A Beautiful Life

Hi there! I had a little play time and put together a card for The Flower Challenge. They're looking for circles. I used a few! I'll also be linking this up at Happy Little Stampers ~ Anything Goes with Dies. Yep, I used a few of those too!

I pulled out an oldie but a goodie by PTI ~ Meadow Greens. The Queen Anne's lace is made up of oodles and oodles of little circles! I started with a couple of stenciled circles, then added the white embossed flowers. Or are they a weed? I think they're too delicate and lacy to be a weed, I'm going with a flower!

Anywho, the leaves in the set also have lots of little circles as their veins. As if that wasn't enough, I added some fun little pierced SG die cuts! The mossy paper in the background is also made up of linked circles. I couldn't stop LOL!

I'm so happy you stopped by to take a peek at my card.  I'll be back on Saturday for a new Just Us Girls challenge!

You've got a winner here, Lisa! All the circles are so well combined, my eyes focus on the beautiful colors and cluster of flowers. We have loads of Queen Anne's Lace on the banking in front of our house, this year. So pretty~

You dug deep and landed on one of my all-time favorite sets from PTI - I always borrowed it from Bobby when we gathered at her house in Michigan!
All of your circles, dots, piercings, patterns and gorgeous Queen Anne's Lace [who would dare to name a weed after the Queen?] have come together so beautifully, Lisa! Just love that green!
Thanks so much for joining us again at The Flower Challenge!

Oh so pretty, Lisa! I love your beautiful embossed Queen Anne's Lace and the soft colors you used. It is a flowering plant brought over from Europe, so not native but I always found it lovely to see when I'd go hiking to view wildflowers. I'm so glad you found time in your craft room to create this beauty and share with us at TFC!

That set is definitely a goodie, Lisa. I love it but haven't used it in a while. I love how you put some in the background and then one up front. The little gray leafy stems are so cute. If there was a prize for most circles added it would surely go to you. :D Thanks for sharing this beauty with us at The Flower Challenge.

Wow, Lisa! This is a real stunner. Queen Ann's Lace is indeed a flower, edible and related to the carrot! My wedding bouquet was made with them and some baby's breath! Your card is absolutely gorgeous. I love the colors and the composition is fantastic.
