There's Snow One Like You

December already? It rolled into our neck of the woods at a brisk 22 degrees this morning... brrr! How about a frosty little card for the occasion. Once again from the batch of cards I had ready to go. This one is for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge. I used the line Snow, Animal & Frame

This cute little snow globe is from MFT. I filled it with some snowy patterned paper, confetti and a penguin from PPP. The base of the globe was stamped with a wood grain image (POD). I think the MFT Wonky Rectangles framed it out perfectly! A few more frosty flakes and punny sentiment (PPP) were added before popping everything onto a swirly panel (Lil' Inkers - sadly closed and no longer available).

So I have a new accessory for the month of December. Attractive, isn't it! Maybe I'll stick a Christmas bow on it LOL! Physical therapy started yesterday. It's going to be a bit of a slow go and a long haul. I still have a lot of swelling and bruising so small minimal movements this month.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks to all of those who have been checking in and those leaving well wishes. You know how to make a girl feel loved!

Aww, so cute. Great idea to stamp the base with a woodgrain image. I have a card coming using this column, too!

Great new accessory! 😉 Glad you’ve graduated to PT now. Good luck with your exercises.

What a cute card! Love your penguin in his dome, he's so happy amongst all that falling snow! I'm so amazed that you can pre-make cards and STILL fit them into challenges -- what a feat.

As for your accessory, I think you need to accessorize it and bedazzle it! Tis the season to sparkle, right?! Glad to hear things are progressing, even if slow. Progress is still progress.

The card is adorable...the accessory, not so much! Praying that PT goes well and you'll be able to use that hand again SOON!

Love the new hand jewelry you're sporting this month and I think a red bow addition would be quite lovely! Seriously though, glad to hear you're moving forward, even if it is at a slow pace! Hang in there!! Hugs. :0)

Oh my gosh ... adorable snowglobe card Lisa! Love that sweet penguin!! I had to look back to see what happened to your hand ... sorry I was MIA for a while. Sorry to hear about your severe arthritis. Good that the surgery is done and you have progressed to a shorter brace. I hope that things progress quickly for you and you can have full motion soon. Sending love and healing thoughts your way. Love, Loll

Your little penguin in a snow globe is just adorable, Lisa. I love the snowy patterned paper and the pink bits in the shaker. I love the stamped wood grain too. Your new accessory is quite... fashionable. I hope the therapy is tolerable and that when it is all over, you will be much better. One day at a time...
