Thank You

Hello and Happy New Year! I'm rolling out my first card post thumb surgery. Things are getting better. Still working on movement and strength. I thought going the route of die cuts and letting the electric machine do the work was the way to go. But then I had to glue all the pieces parts together! Couldn't squeeze the glue bottle, so I had to go lefty. Let's just say it took a LONG TIME to put this baby together! Oh, and then I had to try to photograph it with the hubs heavy camera ~ holy smokes! I sure hope the ladies at Color Hues like it!

I treated myself to this pretty set of peony dies from a Birch Press Design sale for Christmas. They were cut from paper with a soft pink pattern on it. I love the leaves and centers all dolled up in gold! I used matching gold paper on the PFS frame. The embossed panel is from my sweet friend Greta. A simple sentiment went onto an old Spellbinders label. My hubby thought it was a classy card!

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I'll be back this weekend with my card for Just Us Girls. We've switched things up in our weekly rotation by swapping out a couple of a challenges for couple of new ones!
