I went pretty literal, take a look...
I cut my rainbow (Pinkfresh Studio) from white cardstock then colored it with Copics. The sparkly square frame (PPP) led me to create a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" card and I love the way it looks! The paper is Diamond Glitter from The Stamp Market. A trio of whimsical clouds finished it off!

I love the softly colored rainbow against the sparkly background! Awesome design on this with the arrangement of the clouds and love the embossed sentiment on the cloud over the frame. Beautiful!
