It's my turn to host over at Just Us Girls. As you can see it's Mood Board week. I thought these bees and all of their busy work was a good choice for some August inspiration. Here's what I did with it...
It all started with this PTI tag. It was a good landing spot for the bees and honeycomb from The Greetery. Those bees needed something to pollinate, so I gave them a trio of blooms by Poppystamps. Their fairy jewel centers have that amber honey look, don't you think? Once I finished the tag, it needed somewhere to go! I pulled some floral paper from my stash and ran it through my machine with a honeycomb embossing folder. A cute sentiment tab (MB) and a little twine finished things up.

I haven't used that tag die in ages, Lisa, but it's perfect cut with the honeycomb and placed on that wonderful patterned paper. A few busy bees and flowers for them to pollinate and your card is a wonderful take on the mood board.

Sweet, sweet card Lisa! I haven't used that tag in ages, but I remember using it on EVERYTHING when it first came out! I love how you decorated it with the die cut honeycomb, flowers & bees...sooo pretty and love that background dsp that you embossed too! And btw, thanks so much for the happy mail I received yesterday...I'm loving all of it and hope to be using it soon! Been in a bit of a stamping funk recently, but hopefully your goodies will inspire me to get going again soon!! Thanks again!! Hugs. :0)

What a wonderfully summery mood board, Lisa! So creative to die cut the honeycomb pattern into the PTI tag--love it! Beautiful paper that's even better with the dry embossing!
I am loving everything about this beauty! That honeycomb tag is so cool with the sparkly yellow, perfect placement of the pretty daisies and little bees with their vellum wings and that fabulous embossed background using the patterned paper. Total perfection!
