Just Us Girls #782 ~ Happy Summer

Ready for a new Just Us Girls challenge? It's 'DIE' week and Carol is looking for summer things. A new month of challenges also brings with it a new guest designer. We're so happy to have Donna Mikasa joining us this month! Welcome, Donna!

I opted to use dies to put my summer things on. Some cutie little stick stamps from Stamps by Judith provided me with those summer things. Look at that little skeeter... isn't he fun! They went onto some layered scalloped squares, then I popped them onto a PTI scalloped panel. The paper I used on that panel is an oldie from my stash. Lasting Impressions, I think.

And now it's your turn!
What summer goodies do you have in your stash?

I LOVE little bitty images! So sweet on the scalloped squares with the big patterned flower behind them!

Lisa, your little stickers are adorable (well, maybe not 'real life' mosquitoes so much LOL); perfect for your trio of little stamps. The stenciled background is fabulous. A delightful card to showcase Summer Things!

Lisa, your summer icons are so cute and I even think I have those cherries "on a stick" from Judith! Your patterned paper is always cleverly used and this one adds to the summer feel of your card!!

Darling postage stamps, Lisa! So cute atop the scalloped panel - paper I recognize - it's Hero Arts layering paper. I still have a hoarded stash left :)

What a sweetly unique card! Nothing says summer like cherries, ice cream and skeeters. I only wish those skeeters were as cute and welcome as yours is!

A mosquito stamp? Who knew? But it's fun he's included with the other little summer memories, Lisa.

This 'skeeter is adorable, Lisa! The real thing, not so much! I love the playful look of the die cuts and the soft peach color that makes me think of homemade peach ice cream!

A wonderful combination of elements here, Lisa. I love the tiny summer themed images on the tiny die cuts. They look fabulous of that great big flower in the background and the colors are wonderful!
