Warm Wishes

What a beautiful weekend we had, mild temps and pretty blue skies! We also celebrated my mom's 80th birthday today with a drive by parade including LOTS of her fmaily. I bought her a crown and a sash that said 80 and fabulous! Needless to say, she loved every minute of it and said it was the best birthday she's had in a long time! Oh, and for those of you who saw her cake on FB... she said it was delicious and had two pieces!!

Now, how about a card. This one is for CAS(E) this Sketch and Just us Girls.

I framed my Penny Black flowers with a Pretty Pink Posh scallop hexagon die. The teeny tiny sentiment is from the PTI Tiny Tags set. My little bee (PPP) made his way across the card to pollinate those flowers!

Just a little orneriness going on at great grammy's parade!

So glad your mom enjoyed her BD--unforgettable for everyone, I imagine! Sweet P is growing up so fast! Super fun & creative card, Lisa! Amazing how you can change the look of a stamp like you did here!

So glad you could at least do a drive-by birthday for your mum. We did the same with our daughter's 30th last week. Can't wait til we can actually hug them.
Adorable card.

Your card is absolutely ADORABLE Lisa, but I agree with the others...little Miss Sweet P steals the show in those braids!! What a cutie! And a very happy (belated) birthday to your mom! The photo of her cake looked amazing and it must have been for your mom to eat 2 pieces! Sounds like you had a perfect weekend!! Hugs. :0)

Lisa, this is so warm and fun and beautifully designed! I'm sorry I missed it when it was posted, but I just saw it as the winner at JUGS! Congratulations! Well-deserved! Great photo of Sweet P, as always! (I don't go out in public, so it was jarring to see her with a mask on. Fortunately, kids are very resilient.) Take care! Hugs, Darnell
