HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I took a blogging break for the holidays, but I'm back today with some happy news! I've been invited to join the Just Us Girls design team ~ insert happy dance! Our new year of challenges begins with word week. The word... beverage.
Here we go!
My winter beverage of choice is hot chocolate. Uh-huh! Top it off with some Reddi-Wip and I'm a happy girl! Most of the time I drink it in a Goodnight John-Boy mug... I like those Waltons ya know! But it would still taste good in a pretty little cup like the one I've used on my card.
It's a cute SSS die from my friend, Michele. I went with cheerful colors to brighten up this winter's day. The snowflakes, hearts and sentiment are all PPP while the fun Cloudy Frames die is by Pink & Main. Simple layers and of course polka dots that warm my heart!

I love this cheerful and beautiful card on a very gray new year's day. I love your color choices and that die is wonderful. Love the snowflake details, and the sentiment is so fitting. Happy New Year to you. I was excited to see that you joined Just Us Girls!I hope to get a chance to play this one. The school in which I work is half day and virtual all next week, so I am going to take advantage of that time to craft.
